These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Yugvio (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Yugvio for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt or overload our systems, reverse-engineering the platform, or using automated means to abuse free tools beyond fair-use limits.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the requested tool. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Intellectual property

The Yugvio name, branding, software and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without permission.

5. Plans & payments

Some features are offered under paid plans. Fees, billing cycles and limits are described on our pricing page. Paid features are provided on an ongoing basis until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue tools at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results are provided for your convenience; you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yugvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
